Dough Diligence began with a single, stubborn belief: that the best dessert isn't the fanciest — it's the one made with the most care.

Due diligence is the careful, unglamorous work you do before you can be confident in something. That's exactly how we bake. We weigh every gram, rest our dough a full 36 hours, brown our butter until it smells of hazelnut, and pull every tray a moment early so the centres stay molten.
None of it is fast. All of it shows up in the first bite. The name is a promise: every batch has earned its name.
Cultured butter, couverture chocolate, vanilla-bean paste, sea salt. If it isn't worth tasting, it isn't in the bowl.
We bake in small runs so every tray gets our full attention — the opposite of the industrial tray.
Everything is baked to order the morning of delivery. You get the cookie at its peak, not a reheat.
Proudly baked here and delivered across Surrey.

That's not a tagline we chose. It's the rule we bake by.
